Transformation Framework Manager

Our organisation requires a Transformation Framework Manager to drive strategic change initiatives. This critical role will ensure transformation frameworks are fit for purpose, incorporating best practices and industry trends.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals, encompassing the full program lifecycle from scoping to execution and benefits realisation.
  • Offer targeted expertise and support to transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle, including early-stage scoping, execution planning, risk management, or navigating complex challenges during delivery.
  • Ensure strategic charters' programs are delivered with high program management rigor, utilising a consolidated PPM tool to drive effectiveness and continuous improvement.
About You and Your Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to design, implement, and manage transformation frameworks, with expertise in full program lifecycle management, risk management, and delivery.

  • Advanced skills in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and frameworks for managing large, complex programs
  • Skilled in identifying, mitigating, and managing program risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on track despite challenges
  • Experience in resolving complex delivery issues, keeping projects aligned with goals
  • Expertise in preparing executive-level presentations, status reports, and performance dashboards
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors, consultants, and other key partners
  • Track record of embedding continuous improvement processes in transformation initiatives
