Enterprise Transformation Leader

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the execution of our multi-year, enterprise-wide transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the delivery of organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and sustained momentum.
  • Champion initiatives that improve operational efficiency, digitise services, and streamline processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through modern enterprise architecture and human-centred change.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain confidence in delivery through transparent communication and collaborative leadership.
  • Support the organisation’s readiness for change by developing capability and embedding transformation practices.
Requirements:
  • Strategic leader with deep experience overseeing complex, technology-enabled change programs.
  • Enterprise architecture literacy, and experience driving maturity, and translating strategic vision into operational reality.
  • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and maintain productive relationships with executives, department heads, vendors, and diverse stakeholder groups throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring professional development, and creating high-performing delivery capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing operationally, translating enterprise vision into detailed delivery plans and tangible results.
