Job Title: PMO Lead

Programs and projects require effective execution, and a well-equipped team is essential to deliver results.

  • Lead the PMO team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce timely and accurate project steering committees packs.
  • Run regular risk and issue sessions to ensure necessary action is taken and decisions are recorded.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience in a large-scale program in an IT delivery environment. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and analytical skills are required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for adapting style and tone for different audiences.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a concise and meaningful way to support senior stakeholders in their decision-making.
  • Strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to support them in development and delivery.
