About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced veterinarian to join our team as a Regional Clinical Director in Sydney, New South Wales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of veterinary services across multiple clinics in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to veterinarians and support staff within your designated region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, client satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Area Managers, and other Regional Clinical Directors to drive high standards of care and best practices.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of veterinarians and staff within your region.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and technology.
Requirements
  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in New South Wales.
  • Proven leadership experience in a veterinary setting, with a track record of successful team management.
  • Advanced skills, particularly in small animal surgery, would be viewed favourably.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering excellent veterinary care and driving continuous improvement.
  • Innovative mindset and the ability to adapt to the evolving veterinary industry.
