Veterinary Liaison Specialist

SASH is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our referring veterinarian partners. This role involves traveling to clinics, providing education and support, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians through regular visits, email, phone, and e-meetings.
- Support the planning and facilitation of educational events for veterinarians.
- Provide support and information to deliver additional value to referring veterinarians.
- Handle complaints and objections in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Veterinary Relationship Manager team in NSW.
- Work with the SASH Marketing Team to develop marketing materials for referring veterinary clinics.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting.
We are looking for someone who can be an advocate for SASH and bring a commercial understanding to the management of relationships and external stakeholders. You will have a keen understanding of how to add value to our partners with a flexible and dynamic approach to each individual partner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to comprehend and draw insight from relevant financial data.
- Strong computer literacy skills and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel (NSW).
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player.
- Experience working in an emergency and/or referral veterinary clinic, or willingness to practice in this space is highly regarded.
- Sales or commercial experience.
