Customer Service Ambassador

Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional hospitality and services to tenants and visitors in a dynamic office building environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively greet and serve tenants and visitors, offering convenience, exclusivity, community, and utility.
- Be a key source of knowledge for tenants and visitors about the asset and local precinct.
- Represent our brand alongside that of our client.
- Identify opportunities to innovate the customer experience through feedback, interactions, and trend identification.
- Embody our values and lead by example in demonstrating the spirit of the values in all actions and interactions.
Requirements:
- A strong background in customer service or hospitality with demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer experience role.
- Passion for people, curating experiences for others, and leading premium service delivery.
