Job Title

As a land strategy coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage diverse workloads and priorities, and deliver quality and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with land advisors in executing land project plans via acquisitions, contract rights, mining permits, licenses, and leases.
  • Ensure all contract documents are accurately recorded in our systems.
  • Track key milestones, renewals, and compliance obligations.
  • Develop and maintain project coordination tools including logs of stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate governance and compliance checks with the legal team.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial support is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WA land tenure classifications is desirable.
  • Experience as a para-legal or similar is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to interact constructively across all levels and functions to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
