Job Description:

A leading civil engineer is required to oversee the design, coordination and delivery of major land development projects. This role involves ensuring high-quality outcomes while mentoring and leading a skilled team from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will utilize strong organizational and communication skills to execute projects based on criteria outlined, conforming with West Australian land development standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion
  • Oversee and mentor a team of engineers and designers
  • Collaborate with clients, councils and regulatory bodies
  • Deliver projects on time and meet quality expectations
  • Drive growth through new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in land development related to site design, land development, stormwater drainage, sewerage design and bulk earthworks
  • Strong knowledge of Western Australian land development regulations and practices
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
