Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA) is the authorised supplier of Cat power systems in Australia, PNG, and the Solomon Islands. As a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, EPSA provides new and used engines, generators, and hybrid energy systems for a broad range of industries. We also specialise in rental solutions for power generators, compressors, and temperature control systems. At Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), we keep the country moving. From powering major infrastructure projects to delivering reliable energy solutions for mining, construction, and industry—our rental fleet is ready for anything. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our Rental Solutions team and help us connect our customers with the right power solution, every time.

What you'll be doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across the mining, industrial, and construction sectors

Proactively identifying and pursuing rental opportunities

Preparing and presenting tailored proposals that solve real customer challenges

Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless project delivery

Representing EPSA at industry events and networking opportunities

What you'll bring:

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the industrial, mining, or equipment rental sector

A self-starter attitude with strong negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Knowledge of power generation or mechanical equipment (advantageous, but not essential)
