About the Job

As a senior technology expert, you will oversee a team of engineers in designing and delivering technical solutions that align with our company's technology strategy.

You will utilize agile methods to deliver value across multiple technology domains, support the creation, migration, and adoption of new software systems and platforms, and foster positive team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic technical leadership to a team of engineers using agile methodologies.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure roadmaps reflect agreed prioritization.
  • Own the delivery of initiatives by leading cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ensure solutions are properly documented and supported for successful transition to business as usual.
  • Understand individual learning objectives and help align them with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with other teams and leads to deliver timely and compliant results.

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience as a technical leader in a mid-large digital organization with proven ability to lead teams.

Highly motivated and delivery-focused thought leader with experience in:

  • Leading technical teams in complex projects.
  • Managing multiple streams of work in high-pressure environments.
  • Designing and developing highly available, scalable, and reliable systems.
  • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, ECS, CloudFormation, RDS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and serverless architecture.
