Administrative Support Specialist Role

About the Position
- Support administrative tasks related to rostering and payroll
- Assist with scheduling and attendance processes
- Maintain consistent fortnightly rosters for permanent positions
- Provide high standards of customer service and effective communication
- Follow directives as per established care plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in an administrative or rostering role
- Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos and Workday desirable)
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities beneficial
