About The Position

  • This role is crucial in ensuring seamless workforce planning for a dynamic 24/7 airport operation.
Key Responsibilities

Roster and manage a 700-strong security team across multiple shifts and days, prioritizing optimal resource coverage using Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft Office.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks including: Sick leave calls, Annual leave requests, Pay period close and payroll coordination.
  • Roster in line with EA, contractual, KPI, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide support and resolution to pay, leave, and roster queries.
  • Coordinate and reconcile any ad hoc service accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional internal service.
Your Skills and Experience

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Demonstrated experience with multi-site or large-scale 24/7 rosters.
  • Advanced skills in Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and multi-task to ensure work requirements are completed within expected timeframes.
  • Working knowledge of and the ability to apply Award/Enterprise Agreement conditions when shift rostering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work from site Monday to Friday.
  • Able to coach and mentor other Rostering Coordinators.
  • Must be able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card – clean criminal history for the past 10 years).
