CPAP Therapy Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CPAP therapy consultant to join our team in Wollongong. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and ongoing services to new and existing clients.

  • Providing consultation and support to customers on CPAP therapy options and product selection.
  • Working closely with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Sales and up-selling of CPAP products and services.
  • Maintaining and sterilizing clinic equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales role, with strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and sound customer service experience. Computer skills and confidence in using Google suites is also required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales role.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages.
  • Computer skills and confidence in using Google suites.
  • Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine.
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills.
