Job Title: Retail and CPAP Therapy Consultant

A leading supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services specialises in respiratory diseases and has a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy. This role requires an experienced individual to join our team at the Nowra clinic.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians to create tailored treatment plans addressing patient needs.
  • The initial point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients with sleep-disordered breathing.
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
  • Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing support for patients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Independent clinic management capability.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of interaction.
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
