Duties- You will work closely with our team to provide a range of therapeutic interventions using established evidence-based techniques and methodologies adapted to individual client needs.
- Effective case management and coordination are essential skills required for this role. You will manage service delivery models, prioritize client needs, and ensure timely support.
- As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to comprehensive support services, promoting holistic care and empowering clients to achieve personal wellbeing.
- You will also participate in ongoing professional development, ensuring your skills and knowledge stay current and aligned with best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, with registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
- Demonstrated ability to apply clinical judgement, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cultural safety principles and demonstrated experience working with diverse communities.
- Familiarity with various treatment approaches for mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, and other complex problems.
- Ability to administer assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver intensive therapeutic interventions.
- An annual salary at $104,569 - $119,409 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
- 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging.
