Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies that support our brand at a community level.

This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with store managers, area managers, and state managers to build strong connections with high-value schools, sporting facilities/associations, run event teams, and health professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Local Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement local marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, brand awareness, and sales for individual stores.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with store managers and frontline teams to understand local market needs and opportunities.
  • Community Relationships: Manage relationships with key schools, health professionals, community groups, and event organizers.
  • Tactical Activations: Collaborate with store teams on tactical activations including local events, sponsorships, promotions, and in-store experiences.
  • Content Creation: Create and edit authentic content captured from events.
  • Marketing Collateral: Develop all marketing collateral and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of local marketing activities and ROI.
  • Competitor Insights: Stay across competitor activity, community trends, and local insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • National Support: Support national marketing campaigns with local amplification tactics.
