- Prepare and transmit schedules to our team of Community Support Professionals, ensuring they have the resources they need to excel.
- Coordinate replacement staff to cover absences and shift changes, guaranteeing continuity of care.
- Provide coaching, supervision, and support to Community Support Professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
- Monitor the implementation of individualized plans for customers, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Verify allocation of Community Support Professionals against customer service schedules, ensuring accurate timesheet data.
- Maintain and update data in our company information systems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Meet the highest standards for delivering quality in-home care and support services, exceeding customer expectations.
About You:
- You're a caring, compassionate, and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You possess high-level verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
- You've demonstrated strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
