  • Coordinate replacement staff to cover absences and shift changes, guaranteeing continuity of care.
  • Provide coaching, supervision, and support to Community Support Professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Monitor the implementation of individualized plans for customers, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Verify allocation of Community Support Professionals against customer service schedules, ensuring accurate timesheet data.
  • Maintain and update data in our company information systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Meet the highest standards for delivering quality in-home care and support services, exceeding customer expectations.

About You:

  • You're a caring, compassionate, and friendly individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You possess high-level verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
  • You've demonstrated strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
