The Role
As an Occupational Therapy Team Leader, you will play a key mentorship role in guiding and facilitating the learning of junior clinicians. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing quality control, training, and assisting less experienced colleagues in their professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Oversight of quality control and training programs
- Assist less experienced colleagues in their journey
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Full registration with AHPRA

- $130,000 - $170,000 salary package
