Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex cross-border deals and joint ventures.

  • Work with some of the largest corporate and funds clients;
  • Negotiate and draft transaction documents;
  • Gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in Corporate M&A;

This role involves collaborating with global clients, including Blackstone, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Invesco, and Mitsui Fudosan. You will have the opportunity to work on transactions that involve infrastructure, real estate, bio-tech, data storage, and transport sectors.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in Corporate M&A;
  • Solid experience in private M&A transactions gained within a leading commercial law firm;
  • Excellent academic record;
  • A naturally collegiate mindset, prioritizing respect for peers and collaborative ways of working;
  • The ability to prioritize your time across multiple busy matters;
  • A genuine commitment to client service and business development activities;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
