Electrical Engineering Lead - Perth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer to lead our high-voltage substation projects in Perth. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering renewable energy solutions that support the growth of Australia's utility sectors.

About the Role:
  • Deliver timely and accurate technical designs while supporting field staff, customers and colleagues.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to support team capability growth and embed best practices in our newest location.
  • Travel to offices and project sites to build strong relationships with stakeholders – critical to long-term success.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years experience in the HV power transmission industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex secondary systems design projects in the HV electrical industry.
  • Natural leadership qualities and ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Based in Perth or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
