Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Engineer to lead High Voltage (HV) initiatives across the APAC region. As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams and collaborating with our Global Community of Practice to drive innovation and career development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop primary design and conduct design reviews for distribution and transmission substations (22kV to 500kV).
  • Create critical engineering deliverables including substation layout design, single line diagrams and sections.
  • Lead projects to ensure timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Mentor and develop engineering talent in Substation Engineering.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines (Civil, Structural and Secondary Systems) to achieve project success.
  • Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor.
Qualifications
  • Extensive expertise in HV Primary Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD).
  • Proven experience providing technical direction on projects.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current industry developments and standards.
