**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our organization and lead the construction of powerline and substation infrastructure in regional and remote locations.

This site-based position involves supervising daily activities on transmission, distribution, and substation projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with electrical crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project quality systems
  • Lead and mentor electrical crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality works
  • Oversee installation of HV equipment, including conductors, transformers, switchgear, and associated infrastructure
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery of works

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical works on powerlines and/or substations
  • Strong understanding of HV construction, sequencing, and commissioning processes
  • Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in remote project locations
  • WA "A Grade" Electrical Licence (or recognised equivalent)
  • HV switching and additional industry authorisations highly regarded
