About our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Service Support team as a Service Support Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless installation schedules and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and revise daily installation schedules to meet customer needs
  • Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates and times
  • Prepare and manage service paperwork
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with the After Sales Support Coordinator to ensure efficient service delivery

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience with strong administration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication style to customer needs
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to commit to a Monday to Friday schedule
