Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role involves maintaining accurate records of all shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a busy site administration role, some exposure to an industrial environment, and previous experience in purchasing/stock control. They should also have the ability to work with minimal supervision, use their initiative to get the job done, and possess high-level computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Requirements:
  • Experience in a busy site administration role

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative to get the job done
  • High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
