Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies.
  • Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies.
  • Technical experience must include Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration, Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration, User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow, Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management, Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products, Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS), Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V, Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault.
