Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving change and growth within technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex technology transformation projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring seamless execution of change initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Change Manager/Lead in technology
  • Proven track record of managing change in tech, specifically in areas like infrastructure, cloud migration, and data ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Benefits

This is a hybrid work arrangement with immediate start. You will have the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with the team in Sydney CBD. The daily rate for this role is $800-$950 depending on your experience.
