As a Senior Technology Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our KYC, AML & Fraud domain. Reporting directly to the Operations IT Area Lead, your leadership responsibilities will encompass both change and run teams, overseeing complex projects with significant business impact.

This position sits at the forefront of bridging the gap between technology and business, fostering strong partnerships with relevant stakeholders to distil strategic commercial objectives into actionable technological roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in banking/investment technology strategy development and execution, with prior knowledge of KYC, Fraud, and AML being highly desirable. Additionally, expertise in automation of operations processes, workflows, and management of large vendor commercial contracts would be advantageous.
