We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. As a key pillar in this team, you'll be responsible for leading design work and delivering high-quality experiences that meet customer needs. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base of over 250,000 users across 190 countries.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and make a direct impact on tens of thousands of customers and millions of users. You'll collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and ship exceptional customer experiences.

In this position, you'll use experimentation and data to inform design decisions. You'll also partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine existing experiences and improve SaaS flywheel performance.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a core product designer. A strong visual and interaction design portfolio, along with excellent storytelling skills, are essential. Additionally, you should be able to balance customer needs with business goals and possess experience working on growth teams or using experimentation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ideate, design, and ship great customer experiences
  • Grow your craft expertise and contribute to our wider design teams' patterns and libraries
