Fundraising and Events Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fundraising and Events Coordinator to support our Charities fundraising initiatives, events, and campaigns at both local and national levels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Dymocks stores fundraising campaigns, nurturing new and existing donor, volunteer, and community relationships, and providing essential support across fundraising, events, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Fundraising team in executing the overall communications plan, engagement initiatives, and activities.
  • Coordinate fundraising initiatives and campaigns encompassing community, schools, events, and appeals.
  • Coordinate and support activities relating to ongoing and new DCC events, including the annual gala dinner.
  • Procure donations of prizes and gifts to support fundraising events and activities.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with Dymocks store, overseeing fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
  • Engage with internal departments and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Input and maintain donor data into CRM (Salesforce), to support fundraising efforts effectively.
