**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Fundraiser to join our team at 4C Recruitment Solutions. As a Community Fundraiser, you will be responsible for coordinating exciting fundraising campaigns and supporting the fundraising team on a high-profile national campaign.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare plans, proposals, and presentations to support fundraising efforts
* Liaise with third-party community fundraisers to ensure successful campaigns and funds raised
* Develop and prospect new and existing relationships within the community
* Maintain a calendar of community fundraising events
* End-to-end logistics management and planning
* Ensure community fundraisers are regularly contacted and supported
* Provide reporting and analysis

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record of success working in a sales/business development or fundraising environment
* Proactive, exceptional relationship and account management skills
* At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
* CRM skills – Raiser's Edge highly regarded
* Superior communication, planning, and execution skills
* Results and KPI driven
* Driving licence and car owner
