  • Conduct data entry and generate statistical reports to support the Decision Support Analyst.
  • Manage clerical tasks related to the OMNI system, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Engage professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support key activities as outlined in operational plans.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the IT and Purchasing Coordinators, focusing on inventory and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Additional training in project management and LEAN methodologies is preferred.
  • A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage minimal physical effort while maintaining a high level of mental engagement and analytical skills.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage
