We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner with Specialist/Advanced Endorsement to join our team at Integrated Support Solutions WA. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide support to NDIS participants with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide behaviour support to NDIS participants with complex needs
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behaviour support plans
* Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans in consultation with participants, families, and other stakeholders
* Provide training and education to participants, families, and other stakeholders on behaviour support strategies and techniques
* Collaborate with other service providers to ensure a coordinated approach to behaviour support
Requirements
* Specialist/Advanced Endorsement in Behaviour Support
* Minimum 12 months clinical experience
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Effective time management, caseload management, problem-solving skills, and ability to plan and manage resources/budgets
