Lead Sports Coach

We are seeking experienced sports professionals to join our team as Lead Sports Coaches. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sports and working with people.

Job Description:

As a Lead Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports coaching sessions, developing and implementing training programs, and leading teams and managing games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of participants
  • Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions that promote learning and enjoyment
  • Lead teams and manage games in a safe and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and achievement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sports coaching or playing experience at a high level
  • Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
