Motiv8sports was established in 2001 and has performed in-school events and holiday camps for thousands of primary school aged children.

Over 20 years we’ve built a business that encourages children to enjoy sport by focusing on building self-esteem, sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership. We create events that motivate children to play, where no one sits on the bench and everyone’s treated like a superstar.

We’ve built a cutting-edge brand with influences from street, surf and skate cultures, which appeals directly to kids and takes their attention away from devices and TV We use sport, music and dance to actively motivate children and we invent and modify sports to engage children of all ages and activity levels.

Motiv8sports is designed for a wide range of skill levels. We avoid activities that involve monotonous drills and skills. We offer high energy experiences where all kids can be part of the action, regardless of their ability. We promote a strong anti-bullying message, encouraging acceptance and inclusion in all we do.

**Who does this role suit?**:

- University students completing a relevant degree in PE teaching, Sports Science or Human Movement, Sports Management
- PE Teachers looking for extra work & income in the school holidays.
- Sports fanatics that have playing or refereeing experience
- Sports coaches
- Referee’s
- Personal trainers looking for extra income

**Essential**
- Working with children check (employee not volunteer)
- Availability to work during school holidays (7:00am - 4:00pm)

**Desirable**
**-**Relevant Tertiary Qualification (or currently studying)
- Drivers Licence
- Be flexible to work weekends once a month
- **A reliable, confident, FUN & energetic**personality who can work in a team environment and enjoys coaching kids. At Motiv8sports we certainly don't do boring & we don't expect our coaches to either. We give everything we have towards coaching and entertaining children.

**Duties / Responsibilities**:
Set up and pack down of sports camps, clinics and parties.

Complete training in Motiv8sports coaching programs and procedures (online)

Child management of up to 24 children aged between 5-12

Ensure a **positive, motivating and engaging** environment for all Motiv8sports attendees.

Maintain **high** energy levels and enthusiasm at every Motiv8sports event.

Represent Motiv8sports in a positive manner in all interactions with customers, parents, campers and venue staff

**Job Type**: Casual
