In this strategic position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and direction of our SME portfolio. You will collaborate with a team to drive sustainable growth, broker enablement, and platform innovation.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyze portfolio performance using data sources like Tableau dashboards and industry reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement proposals for portfolio enhancements, including pricing changes and other strategic initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business strategy and deliver results.
- Engage with external stakeholders to enhance platform performance and connectivity.
- Maintain awareness of claim trends and risk profiles to inform portfolio decisions.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in General Insurance, preferably with an actuarial and/or analytics background.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Analytics, or Actuarial Science (desired).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in Tableau and other business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling capabilities.
