As a commercially astute legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Legal Team.

Job Description:

You will provide legal advice to our group companies, drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with business requirements. Your duties will also include conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, developing and implementing legal policies, and contributing to company secretarial duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Law
  • Current WA practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain
  • 1-3 years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong knowledge of contract, corporate, and commercial law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and sound analytical skills
