About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our commercial team. This is an opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take their career in a new direction, with responsibilities including contract management, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, memoranda of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, and sales contracts.
  • Assist internal departments in developing standard operating procedures and management plans.
Requirements
  • A recognized law degree from an Australian institution, or equivalent qualifications from the US or Canada.
  • Significant experience working in a law firm dealing with commercial and contractual matters related to construction, mining, commerce law, and dispute management.
Desirable Skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare complex contractual documents and communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated research, analytical, and conceptual skills to optimize business outcomes and solve complex problems.

This is a full-time role with travel within Australia and internationally as required.
