We seek a Business Development Manager to collaborate with existing customers, growing their businesses by expanding product share and delivering consultative support. As a trusted advisor, you will challenge and support your customer base to profitably grow for the benefit of both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase share of wallet and spending with existing customers
  • Create and identify opportunities for our customers to grow, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Learn and practice sales processes to coach sales consultants
  • Drive sales consultant adoption and proficiency in sales processes, increasing conversion rates, premium sales mix, and accessory sales
  • Leverage relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements
  • Provide leadership on Safety & Sustainability activities and participate in safety-related training
