About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Energy Solutions Analyst. As part of this role, you will work closely with our director and clients to deliver cutting-edge technology-enabled energy solutions.

Key responsibilities include analysing energy and business data, identifying process improvements, and providing valuable insights that support smarter energy management and decision-making.

This full-time position involves working on various projects, including business process reviews, ICT-enabled improvement recommendations, and report preparation on bill validation, usage trends, forecasting, and budgeting.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ICT solutions, support energy efficiency and embedded network management programs, develop business documentation, and assist with tenders and procurement.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting or consulting, preferably in the energy sector.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of energy market rules and compliance, proficiency in MSATS, EMP reporting, and BMS systems, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret data from various platforms.
  • Conduct business process reviews and recommend ICT-enabled improvements.
  • Prepare reports on bill validation, usage trends, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and design ICT solutions.
  • Support energy efficiency and embedded network management programs.
  • Develop business documentation, including requirements, workflows, and specifications.
  • Assist with tenders, procurement, and market research to guide business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or consulting, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of energy market rules and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MSATS, EMP reporting, and BMS systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
