Audit and Climate Risk Specialist

The Climate Risk Assurance Leader is accountable for driving climate risk reviews, ensuring timely and effective delivery of assurance reviews, and contributing to the development of the annual audit plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive climate risk reviews, including systems, data, scenario analysis, and financed emissions.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of assurance reviews, considering workforce flexibility and clear communication with review stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the annual IA plan and allocation of resources based on risk profile.
- Develop positive relationships with key individuals in climate risk areas, driving IA strategy and obtaining buy-in for reviews and implementation of recommendations.
- Extensive experience in key risk management frameworks and principles, including operational risk and compliance.
- Experience leading concurrent technology medium-sized audit projects, working on medium to high complexity and profile reviews.
- Substantial experience auditing complex technology environments and technology risk management.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills, as well as stakeholder engagement skills.
This role requires a growth mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality audits and contributing to the development of the organization's capabilities.
