Senior Climate Risk Assurance Manager

The role of Senior Climate Risk Assurance Manager is to drive climate risk reviews across the organization.

  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of climate risk related assurance reviews.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of the annual IA plan.
  • Collaborate with Operational Risk & Compliance and Technology colleagues in developing the annual audit plan.

This role requires active communication and engagement with business stakeholders, being seen as an integrated business partner. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills and be able to navigate complex organizational landscapes.

  • Contribute to and work closely with internal teams to develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Implement approaches to assurance that are relevant, timely, effective and efficient.

This role involves contributing to the overall success of the organization by providing high-quality assurance services and supporting business partners in their efforts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to ensure that assurance services meet the needs of the business.
