This role involves driving climate risk reviews, ensuring timely assessment of risks and controls across the organization, and applying audit methodology to provide assurance on climate risks.
- Deliver high-quality climate risk related assurance reviews in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan and resource allocation based on risk profiles
This position also requires developing positive relationships with key individuals in climate risk areas, understanding climate risk challenges, and sharing knowledge with the broader team.
- Coach IA team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with Operational Risk & Compliance and Technology colleagues to develop innovative solutions
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Extensive experience in risk management frameworks and principles
- Leadership experience in auditing complex technology environments
- Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict management skills
