Job Overview

Graduate Trust and Safety Engineer This role is a graduate opportunity in the Trust and Safety engineering team focusing on building and maintaining safety-related systems for international live streaming products.

About the Role

This position involves research and development of trust and safety related systems and product functionalities on international live streaming products, including safety processes, user perception, review efficiency, and strategy platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the safety experience for a large, international user base by building high-concurrency, high-stability systems to support increasing daily active users.
  • Analyze business requirements and products to identify solutions for live streaming safety issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or above degree in computer science or a related technical discipline;
  • Proficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language: Python / Go / PHP / C++ / Java.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong problem analysis and ability to drive improvements; able to think about root causes and summarize conclusions;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, with strong collaboration and service orientation.
