About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating traffic permits, managing client enquiries and supporting administrative tasks within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately uploading and tracking permits received from authorities
  • Maintaining accurate data entry using Traffio
  • Collaborating with supervisors and regional managers to meet client expectations
  • Supporting administrative and operational tasks within the department
  • Ensuring permit and documentation requirements are completed to a high standard and on time

About you

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
