Job Title:

Permits Coordinator

Role Overview

This is a full-time office-based position where you will play a crucial role in the timely preparation and submission of traffic control permit applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage traffic control permit applications across South East Queensland to ensure compliance with council and Queensland Police Service requirements.
  • Collaborate with local councils through their online systems and track application statuses to meet tight timeframes.
  • Liaise with the Design Team and offshore support to align permit applications with Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS).
  • Maintain accurate records and communications to support invoicing and project timelines.
  • Communicate with clients about permit requirements, timelines, and progress updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in permit coordination or traffic-related compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Traffic Guidance Schemes and local council permit systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Docs.
