Network Operations Manager

The Communications Group plays a vital role in maintaining public safety. As Network Coordinator, you will oversee the operations of the communications centre network workforce to meet diverse contact demands from members of the public and police.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with Police Communications Centre operational staff, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Promoting process improvement through project participation, risk assessments, and documentation related to network processes and demand management.
- Coordinating resources, including process development and refinement.
- Leveraging quality assurance for data-driven insights into demand management.
- Maintaining situational awareness on operational requirements and incidents.
You will be required to possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical expertise for researching and evaluating business processes.
- Technical or operational experience, particularly in Workforce Management, Planning, and/or Rostering.
This is a part-time position with shift penalties. The appointee may be required to participate in a 24-hour, 7-day roster.
