Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network operations and support, with strong technical expertise and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving BAU network issues via ticketing systems, delivering project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders, creating and updating technical documentation for support and project handover, contributing to change management documentation and implementation, and supporting a range of accounts across the private and government sectors.

About the Role

This is a dynamic mid-senior level role that offers a mix of business-as-usual operations and project delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support the delivery of critical projects. As a member of our team, you will contribute to documentation, change processes, and maintain strong working relationships across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BAU network issues via ticketing systems
  • Deliver project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Create and update technical documentation for support and project handover
  • Contribute to change management documentation and implementation
  • Support a range of accounts across the private and government sectors
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in network operations and support
  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certs preferred)
  • Routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper - certs preferred)
  • Familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environments
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a Managed Services environment
