Job Title: Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic team member to provide personal care support and assistance to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining independence and dignity in their daily living and lifestyle.
  • Assist with meal delivery and refreshments as required.
  • Record observations on assessment charts and document any exceptions in the care plan or progress notes.
  • Report to the EN/RN as necessary.
  • Check residents' daily menu requirements.
  • Undertake duties as allocated or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.

Requirements:

  • Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Relevant Certificate III qualification.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in residential aged care.
  • Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
