The Role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, developers, and corporate clients, fostering strategic partnerships and expanding Vangeld's presence.
  • Collaborate closely with our credit and investment teams to deliver tailored funding solutions, aligning borrower needs with prudent risk assessment.
  • Represent Vangeld in the market with professionalism and integrity, contributing to our reputation as a trusted capital partner.
  • Play a key role in the expansion of Vangeld's lending portfolio, driving business development and achieving revenue growth targets.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven track record in commercial lending, private credit, or structured finance, with a strong understanding of credit and loan structuring.
  • Established network of clients, brokers, aggregators, or referral partners, with a proven ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
