Indigenous Traineeship Program

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the swim school team in teaching swimming and water safety skills to children
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members and visitors
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our programs and services
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Completed Year 10 or equivalent
  • Competent swimmer with the ability to pass a Bronze Medallion level
  • Reasonable level of fitness
  • Current C class national driver's licence or progress towards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
